Job Objectives / Job Purpose

Safe Recruits is seeking a results-driven Marketing Associate to manage marketing campaigns and support sales growth. This role involves executing online and offline marketing strategies, engaging potential clients, delivering presentations, and building strong business relationships to increase brand visibility and customer acquisition.

Job responsibilitiess

• Plan and execute digital and offline marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and sales • Develop and implement strategies to increase client acquisition and market penetration • Lead weekly marketing activations to generate leads and improve conversions • Create and deliver engaging presentations to corporate and institutional clients • Manage client relationships and provide professional support throughout the sales process • Organise and execute brand events to strengthen visibility and partnerships • Collaborate with internal teams to improve marketing materials and content • Conduct market research and monitor industry trends and competitors • Maintain accurate client records, reports, and follow-up documentation

Experience Required

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, sales, or client-facing roles • Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc), HND, or Master’s degree in a related field • Strong communication and presentation skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge and Skills requirement

Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively to corporate clients. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
