Job Objectives / Job Purpose
The Marketing Associate will support Safe Recruits in positioning its services effectively across target sectors by conducting market research, defining value propositions, and developing promotional strategies. The role involves analyzing sectoral hiring needs, refining marketing plans, and collaborating with internal teams to produce marketing materials that enhance visibility and support client acquisition.
Job responsibilitiess
1. Learning & Capability Development Complete basic and advanced marketing courses within the first two weeks and apply acquired knowledge to improve promotional strategies and marketing execution. 2. Marketing Strategy Development Develop promotional strategies tailored to different sectors, review existing marketing plans, recommend improvements, and identify additional industries or market segments to target. 3. Product Positioning & Value Definition Determine the most suitable services and testing solutions for different hiring scenarios and support the positioning of Safe Recruits’ offerings to meet client needs effectively. 4. Market & Service Analysis Conduct SWOT analysis of company services and identify sector-specific hiring requirements and workforce trends across industries to support strategic decision-making. 5. Marketing Material Development Define the structure, format, and messaging of marketing content and refine promotional materials based on market insights and business objectives. 6. Channel & Campaign Planning Identify effective marketing and communication channels for promoting services to both clients and applicants, and define audience-specific promotional approaches. 7. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work collaboratively with internal teams to support client service documentation and ensure marketing strategies align with operational and business goals.
Experience Required
Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Economics, Psychology, HR, or a related field Relevant certifications or practical marketing experience are an added advantage

Qualification Required
1–3 years experience in marketing, business development, market research, recruitment marketing, or strategy-related roles Experience working in a B2B service environment is an advantage Experience creating marketing plans, conducting market analysis, or supporting campaigns preferred
Knowledge and Skills requirement
Knowledge of marketing principles, market research, branding, and promotional strategy Understanding of digital marketing channels, customer positioning, and B2B service marketing Strong research, analytical, communication, and report-writing skills Ability to develop marketing strategies, identify market opportunities, and solve problems effectively Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and basic design platforms such as Canva Ability to work independently, collaborate across teams, and manage multiple tasks efficiently
